How long does the rollout take?
The menu is live 24 hours after the footage. The shoot day at your venue is usually scheduled within a week of the first call.
Do I have to film the dishes myself?
No. We come and film, it’s part of the service. If you prefer shooting with a phone, we’ll take your files and handle the editing and 9:16 framing.
Does the guest need to install anything?
No. The menu opens in the phone’s browser after scanning the QR, on iPhone and Android. No app, no sign-up, no cookie walls.
Can I edit the menu myself?
Yes. The panel runs in a browser: prices, descriptions, sequence, stop list, promos. Changes are visible to guests instantly.
How much does it cost?
Two packages: STUDIO (we film, 2490 PLN setup and 299 PLN per month) or SELF (you film, no setup fee and 129 PLN per month). Leave your contact and we’ll quote precisely for your venue, no strings attached.
How is a QR video menu different from a regular QR menu?
A regular QR menu shows a list of dishes with text or photos. Ours plays a few seconds of vertical video for every dish the moment it opens. The rest works the same: a code on the table, a panel for changes, no app.
I already have a QR menu or a PDF. Can I switch?
Yes. We rewrite the menu from your PDF or current system, film the dishes and point your existing QR code at the new menu, or print new stands. Guests don’t have to change anything.
